Conference Programme and Participation Policy

ISCAE may group aligned research topics, fields and relevant SDGs into interdisciplinary sessions to support meaningful discussion, cross-cultural perspectives and future research cooperation.

Refund and Cancellation

Registration fees are payable in USD and are non-refundable. A registration may be transferred to another participant, as set out in the registration transfer policy.

Postponement

If the conference is postponed for reasons beyond the organizer's control, registrations remain valid for the new dates.

Travel and Visa

Participants arrange their own travel, accommodation and visa. An invitation letter supports a visa application but does not guarantee a visa.
