The letter confirms the participant’s conference registration and will be issued in English after successful registration and payment verification. Surat tersebut mengonfirmasi pendaftaran peserta dalam konferensi dan akan diterbitkan dalam bahasa Inggris setelah pendaftaran dan pembayaran berhasil diverifikasi.

An Invitation Letter is provided solely as a supporting document and does not guarantee visa approval. Visa decisions remain entirely with the relevant embassy or immigration authority.
