Before You Present

Panduan Presentasi

To support a smooth, timely and professional conference experience, all presenters are requested to follow the guidelines below.

Untuk mendukung pelaksanaan konferensi yang lancar, tepat waktu dan profesional, seluruh presenter diminta mengikuti panduan berikut.

Presentasi Lisan

The total presentation time is 10 minutes, including the question-and-answer session. Durasi presentasi adalah 10 menit, termasuk sesi tanya jawab.
Slides should clearly cover the objectives, methodology, results and conclusions. Slide harus menyajikan tujuan, metodologi, hasil dan kesimpulan secara jelas.
Presenters must manage their time effectively and communicate their findings concisely. Presenter harus mengatur waktu dengan baik dan menyampaikan hasil penelitian secara ringkas.

Presentasi Poster

Posters should be clear, well-organized and easy to read. Poster harus jelas, terstruktur dan mudah dibaca.
Include the title, methodology, key findings and conclusion. Cantumkan judul, metodologi, temuan utama dan kesimpulan.
Presenters should be available to explain their work and answer questions during the session. Presenter harus siap menjelaskan karya dan menjawab pertanyaan selama sesi berlangsung.

Presentasi Daring

Virtual presentations must follow the assigned schedule and time limit. Presentasi daring harus mengikuti jadwal dan batas waktu yang telah ditentukan.
Join the session on time and ensure a stable internet connection. Bergabunglah tepat waktu dan pastikan koneksi internet stabil.
Test the audio, camera, microphone and screen-sharing functions before the session. Periksa audio, kamera, mikrofon dan fitur berbagi layar sebelum sesi dimulai.

Presentasi Video Rekaman

The recording must not exceed the allocated presentation time. Durasi rekaman tidak boleh melebihi waktu presentasi yang ditentukan.
The presentation should include a clear introduction, main discussion and conclusion. Presentasi harus mencakup pendahuluan, pembahasan utama dan kesimpulan yang jelas.
Submit the video in the required format before the announced deadline. Kirimkan video dalam format yang ditentukan sebelum batas waktu yang diumumkan.
